You cannot use the internet without a data bundle. You’ll get an SMS informing you about our service. If you want to use the internet you can change your daily limit to AED 2 by dialing *135*11# with a guarantee that you won’t spend more than AED 2/day on your data.

  1. If I don’t have an active data bundle, how can I continue using data?

If you’d like to continue using the internet without an active data bundle, you must set your data limit to AED 2. To do so, dial *135*11#

  1. What are the charges for this service?

You’ll pay a maximum of AED 2 for a data limit of 60 MB every 24 hours.

  1. How long is the service allowance valid for?

Your service is valid for 24 hours and does not renew automatically. You’ll be charged the AED 2 only when you start using your data (once you set your data credit protection limit).

  1. Where will the charges for this service be deducted from?

The service can only be paid for from your More Time wallet.
