Genie Search is designed to ease your cost burden for mobile usage. It matches your current mobile usage pattern with hundreds of available price plans from UAE Telecom Service Providers to instantly identify more value or more saving opportunities. It’s simple and quick.

It’s simple. Just fill in your last month’s total bill amount or total spend (if on prepaid) and Genie Search will show you all available alternatives. The more information you provide the better the results will be. You can fill in your data and minutes monthly allowances to see more refined results. 

“More Value” display will show you available bundles with higher data and minutes allowances than your current plan and at little or no extra cost.

“More Savings” display will show you bundles with data and minutes allowances similar to your current plan but available at a lower monthly price.

Channel partners include authorised online, sales booking agents and retail stores.  For certain plans and scenarios, we may direct you to the Telecom operator’s own channels like e-store, my account, retail store, or contact-center for you to place the order.

Current Postpaid customers can search for “More Value” and “More savings” options with other Postpaid or Prepaid Plans.

You can decide between home delivery or store-pick up options. Once you decide on a More value or More Savings plan, you will simply have to pick a channel partner type (from the available options) who will fulfil your request.. Channel partners may include online, retail store and Sales Agent call-back options. In some cases, fulfilment will be via operator self-service options.

In addition to online sellers and retail stores, Sales Booking Agents or Direct Sales Agent are yet another Sales Channel at your service.

Sales Booking agent will call you once you place a request. They are authorised sales agents of telecom operators who will validate your request and help you place the order. They will then do the needful to get your order activated through the operator and coordinate your SIM delivery where applicable.

Such agents work 9 am to 6 pm everyday (UAE time) except Fridays.
